Terms of Service

These terms set the use boundaries for DerivCC: workflow software, read-only account visibility, user-owned trading decisions, and subscription access managed through Stripe.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Service Scope

DerivCC provides software for monitoring public crypto derivatives data, organizing trade workflow, viewing read-only account context, managing alerts, reviewing journal entries, and enforcing personal risk routines.

DerivCC is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, investment adviser, signal seller, or execution venue. The service does not place trades or custody user funds.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, connected exchange permissions, trading decisions, tax obligations, jurisdictional eligibility, and compliance with laws and exchange terms that apply to you.

Exchange API keys connected to DerivCC should be read-only. Do not connect keys with trade, transfer, withdrawal, or account-management permissions.

Subscriptions

Pro access is billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, payment method updates, and invoices are handled through Stripe checkout and the Stripe customer portal.

Cancelling a subscription may remove Pro access at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or DerivCC shows a different cancellation state.

Availability and Data

Market data, exchange APIs, public liquidation streams, alert delivery, and hosting providers can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. DerivCC may change or suspend features to preserve security, reliability, or compliance.

No Trading Advice

DerivCC may display market pressure, confluence scoring, position context, and risk-state tools. These outputs are informational software features and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
